It’s a long weekend for all of us here – with the husband staying until Tuesday.
I hope Ill be able to do anything done

I hope we can go out tomorrow!
Yes, she did!
We were out in the patio waiting for the Big Brother to come home from his art lesson in school. I was taking pictures of the different flowers in our garden when Martha went inside the house. Minutes later, she was calling my name and all I was doing was say, “Yes Bei?” over and over (was trying to get some bokeh on my flower shots).
Bam.
She cried.
And when I checked, our screen door was locked. So I tried to remain calm and instructed her to open the screen door. She reacted by telling me “Mommy other one lang, li lang ha?” (meaning the back door to the dirty kitchen). I always keep it locked din.
So she cried for 30 minutes. I was about to really tear a hole in the screen when the Big Brother came up with a BRILLIANT idea.
Paunahan sila magbukas ng pinto. Mabilis pa sa alas-kwatro bukas na ang pinto. Haaaaay.
Martha has this habit of closing doors and locking them. If she sees a door that is open, she makes sure to close them. And so she did today. Ill make sure to have the lock get raised up a bit so she wouldnt be able to play with it anymore.
Kataranta. This is going to make my skin have a breakout due to stress Id need acne products already!!!
Proof that we have special bugs here.
Here are what I normally see with our everyday life. The moth especially has been hanging out in our dirty kitchen a lot
I also have seen more spiders than I have ever seen in my life.
Im talking about our house and the lack of signal from SUN, our cellphone provider.
I have to leave my phone outside the house, in the patio to be able to receive messages and get calls. It’s quite a bummer because we are using a postpaid plan so we dont have any choice. I have an extra phone with my very nice SMART phone number but I still have to charge it – I dont have any charger for my trusty Nokia1110 anymore.
My Dad wants my SUN phone because it is very user friendly and wants to trade it with his RAZR. Id love to get it but Im so sure the RAZR will be destroyed in a matter of days (my daughter plays with my phone). Plus, I need to unlock my SUN phone so he can use it as well. There are a lot of unlocked cell phones for sale though. We might just get one for him there.
Shoes, that is. I currently have close to 20 pairs of shoes and only use two of them regularly. The others have heels, are wedges or just inappropriate for the work I do these days – be a nanny to two kids under seven
. I use flip flops all the time – in fact, I have worn my GAP slippers thin already – I can feel the stones in the pavement whenever I walk using them. So I really dont need MBT shoes – really, I dont.
I need more slippers
. You should see Martha’s stock – she ran out of shoes because her feet is too big (again) save for her trusty Crocs but she has FOUR different kinds of slippers, and yes, she rotates them for usage everyday.
