Play-DohPosted by admin on March 5th, 2010
One of our gifts to the kids last Christmas was a play-doh set. The kids, even with their five-year age gap, loved playing with it. And what’s more, the love playing peacefully with it. It is the only toy that did not have them start a fight five minutes into playing with it. So lately, with only less than a month left for school, the husband and I are talking on what activities to enroll the kids in, especially the big boy, as he gets so bored staying in the house most of the time. The initial plan would be to enroll him in the Center for Pop Music academy his cousin is enrolled to, he will be taking a vacation there at my in-law’s while this is happening too. The big girl I really want to take ballet lessons but I don’t think with the current heat we will be able to survive the city.
We can take pottery classes. There are a bunch of AMACO/Brent supplies. My daughter is into arts lately, always doodling and coloring and drawing. I also am interested on how to do art glazes as they make pretty decorations too! I want to know how to make them as I see decorative bisque ceramic tiles on the room of a friend and loved it. Maybe I should get those
ceramic kilns too, don’t you think?
