With temperatures steadily dropping, many of my friends in the East Coast are dreading how cold winter season is going to be and even wishing that summer would extend for just a bit longer. A friend of mine who is prone to bronchitis during cold weather has even gone as far as to file a leave for two weeks during the harshest winter season, January. And you can assume that she is going to somewhere nicer and warmer – sun, sand and beach – Mexico! With coasts along the Pacific Ocean, the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Gulf, Mexico is known as one of the world’s top beach destinations.

After looking at various hotels and rentals, she decided to go for rocky point homes. These home are located right by the beach, offering you a gorgeous sunrise and amazing sunset with the sea facing your home all day and night. She booked a house in Costa Diamonte, located along the famous Sandy Beach!

Since she is coming with friends and family, booking a house rental instead of a hotel is actually more feasible and cheaper in the long run – they can also cook and have a free run of the place. I am quite jealous that she would be sunbathing in Mexico while we would be turning on our heaters in the awful dead of winter!

Touring a place is one thing that you can do to learn about a place. In your lifetime, if you have not gotten away from your place of birth, you are losing a lot of opportunites to enjoy life to the fullest. It may be difficult to move from one place to another, packing and unpacking, but it is also a great thing to learn so much about different things you will not otherwise know about. Sure there will be disappointments but that is always the case whether you move or not.

Wherever you are in the world, touring might be one of the most joyful experiences you can do. It will not be easy for those who are financially challenged but getting ready for it is one thing to get yourself geared towards that goal. You might want to go to America or Europe or go for asia tours. List places you want to see. The national parks tours will also be something you can remember a place by. When you go for china tours, remember to visit the Great Wall of China!

You can search the internet first so you can target those places in as little time as possible. Rather, you will not waste time deciding along the way if you have a plan ready. Instead, spend your time enjoying the sights and sounds and the food and take lots of pictures. Make a lot of friends so that when you go back home you have a lot of friends to write back to. The next time you visit their places, the level of relationship will be higher by a notch or two. You might even end up saving on lodging because the friends you made during your first trip will simply invite you to their homes.

Even with the economic slump, you can still have affordable family vacations especially this summer! A friend is so excited, in a few days, she will be visiting her sister who just delivered the most adorable baby girl. She will be there to help out during the first tough months but she is also excited to do some sight-seeing! Toronto hotels have been fully-booked during the Winter Olympics so she is thankful her niece decided to show up a few weeks after. Spring is a much-awaited season. After record-breaking temperatures, numerous snowstorms and blizzards this winter, I know we are all looking forward to much higher temperatures but not enough to break us into sweat. Spring is very much anticipated! Of course, with changing of seasons to spring and summer, vacations are planned and travel is in a lot of families’ itinerary. That is why most popular vacation destinations are always fully booked. I personally think that having a lot of people in the same resort/theme park/museum even if it is in a great area takes out a lot of fun. Who needs long lines and busy people around when you travelled because you need some R&R? That is why I am leaning towards the vacation ideas I saw online. One of my dream vacation spots would definitely be Europe. I would love to explore the continent someday – there is something there that I cannot describe: history and culture, fashion, arts. Plus, going around countries by car or train in a matter of hours is a definite plus. I can imagine it now – I am going to be lining up in museums and taking tours and just walking around the city. I just really envision Europe (Paris to be exact) to have this cobbled streets peppered with quaint coffee shops like in the movie Sabrina.

Of course, what would traveling and experiencing Europe be without eating? Eating for me is a different experience together. Being able to try different foods prepared for a different tongue (people) excites me. Restaurants and restaurant hopping is also on my list. I heard that Restaurants London have quite the intercontinental restaurants in their area, being able to taste different cuisines – Greek, Indian, Italian – will be a treat!

I need to try out their coffee shops too. I love coffee and it most perfectly goes well with cake (I should know!) or something sweet! I read that the following have popular ratings and good feedbacks from real customers:

I have been going over our forecasted budget vs savings to see if we can afford to travel this summer, not far but a resort. It would be nice to treat the kids out and swim. We have not been doing that for the past three summers. I think we can squeeze one in, though not as grand as we want it to be. We need to make sure we don’t spend the kids’ enrollment money and the money set aside for the policy we decided to get among the insurance quote policies we read through.

French dining has long been considered to be one of the most elegant, cultured and palatable experiences among cuisines. French people have been known to dine with wine all the time, even in broad daylight, so I can just assume how rich and heady their dishes are. I always wanted to experience dining in Paris or London or any place in Europe. I am always reading up on reviews about the latest restaurant paris in the market. You can always see and read about it at Restalo.com. It is the largest guide of restaurants in Spain and now they also have a listing of restaurants in Paris and London.

Based on the feedback, I would like to try the following restaurants: L’Escargot Restaurant, The Atrium Restaurant and The Belvedere Restaurant.

The L’Escargot Restaurant is in the heart of the famous Soho (Greek St), one of London’s most fashionable and well-established eateries. I am very intrigued by their desserts entrees:
